We create each item just for you. As a result, all products are unique and produced per order. Exchanges are not supported. However, cancellations within the grace period are allowed.

Typically, once you place your order, it will take 1-3 days to design it. If for any reason you which to cancel, you can do so within that grace period. Furthermore, we will send you a mockup of the final product by email. If for any reason you do not like the mockup, you can choose to cancel your order at no charge within 24 hours of the email being sent. After that, the item will be sent to the production floor, and no cancellation will be allowed.
